• Exchanging experience with other QC personnel to improve our service • Being able to implement corrective action(s) on the deviation(s) found by the supervisor on their daily performance. • Handling of work according to the quality assurance guidelines and the instructions of the superior • Project handling to ensure smooth operation concerning: Quotation Order creation (SAP) and IMS input if advised Project file creation, collection, handling, distribution and filing (hardcopy & softcopy) Sample handling if applicable • Communication with internal and external clients, suppliers and factories to reasonable schedule arrangement • Summary report preparing for the client if applicable • Responsible for sending out quarterly report to each client when listed as ER • Inspection certificate preparation if applicable • Inspector scheduling if applicable • Training and evaluation of CS personnel if applicable 1、订单资料收集整理并录入系统,数据更新,系统维护; 2、和客户、工厂、供应商沟通并合理安排验货、验厂项目; 3、验货、验厂报告整理并递交相关人员; 4、准备证书等相关材料; 5、项目结束后的发票和收款跟进; 6、安排项目计划,确保按照项目流程进行操作,和相关部门进行沟通; 7、上级安排的其他工作。
其他要求Education and basic requirements: • College degree and 2 year as Customer Service Assistant in TR • Good knowledge in computer applications • Good knowledge written English and good knowledge in spoken English • Profound knowledge of the local language 任职资格: 1、大专以上学历,专业不限 2、一年以上客服、项目助理、外贸跟单等相关经验 3、一定的英语阅读及书写能力,口语熟练者优先
